Lirad brings close to a decade of real estate development, sales and marketing experience. After getting his MBA from the Schulich School of Business specializing in Real Estate and Infrastructure, Lirad worked at a prominent Toronto real estate development firm and amassed a wealth of experience by managing projects with an aggregate value of over $1B. Today, Lirad brings his experience for the benefit of The Yorkville Team’s clients and manages the new developments and commercial land divisions. Lirad is involved with a number of non-profit community organizations including Kehilla Residential Programme and the United Jewish Appeal Federation of Greater Toronto. Lirad is also a key executive member of TREL, a commercial real estate social networking group with a mandate to connect today’s industry leaders with those of tomorrow.
